This one of a kind oceanfront resort features Island Style Decor with custom woodworking and original artwork throughout, please check out the photo gallery.
From top to bottom, every detail of this resort-style home has been given careful consideration. The decor is current and tasteful, with an old world Caribbean flair in the textures and finishes, nautical and angling motifs are present in most of the rooms. Dark wood paneling mixes with unfinished driftwood to add a natural feel to the decor.
The Downstairs patio area features a large, octagonal hot tub with plenty of room for six couples. Overlooking the hot tub, are several hightop tables suitable for dining or just relaxing with a cold drink. Tucked away behind the high top tables, there’s a stone and glass fire pit that lights with the flip of a switch. And in the middle of all of it, is a wet bar and barbecue grill.
Up the stairs you’ll find the game room, which has walls and a vaulted ceiling of beautiful real wood panelling that’s over a pool table, a dart board, a foosball table, and a shuffleboard table–if you’re not familiar with indoor shuffle board, it’s fun for everyone, but kids really love it. This room also has a seating area with a couch and chairs, two double murphy beds that fold up into the wall to leave plenty of room for gaming ad entertaining when not in use.
Also on this floor, you’ll find a large living room with a sweeping ocean view through huge windows, and a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, a glass-top range and stainless appliances–including a dishwasher. Around the corner from the kitchen, you’ll find another sitting area with two comfy chairs that is perfect place to sneak away and enjoy a book. Beyond that is a full bath and a bedroom with twin beds.
Climbing the staircase that separates the kitchen and living room, you head into the spacious third-floor suite that has its own sundeck and sliding glass doors that provide spectacular views of the turquoise atlantic waters.
Outside of all of the upstairs rooms, there are lounges and rockers for enjoying the views from the 2500 square feet of sundeck, all of which have views of Flagler Beach, the Flagler Beach Pier and of course, the Atlantic ocean.
For when you’re off property, guests are free to enjoy four bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards, and boogie boards!
